This garden is designed to learn as little about you as it reasonably can.
What is counted
An article view is counted only after the article remains visible for a short time. A random first-party visitor token is transformed into a rotating hash on the server. The raw token and your IP address are not stored in the engagement database. Counts are conservative aggregates, not personal profiles.
Claps
Anonymous claps use the same privacy-conscious identifier to enforce a limit of five per article in each rate-limit window. No account is required.
Advertising
Advertising is disabled unless it is explicitly configured. If Google AdSense is enabled later, its certified consent flow and privacy controls will be used where required. Ads are labelled and kept away from navigation and clap controls.
The email form is hidden until a newsletter provider is configured. Submissions are proxied by the site so provider credentials never reach your browser.
